KATHMANDU, April 24: Security personnel have barred media persons from entering the Constituent Assembly building citing that they have received an order ´from above´ to do so.
The media persons had reached at the gate of the CA building, in New Baneshwor, to cover a meeting of the three major political parties. They were not allowed in even after they showed their press pass. [break]
Subsequently, CA Chairman Subash Nembang was informed about the incident but no action has been taken, so far, in that regard, media persons said.
