A group of five persons shot at Misra at about 12: 15 pm on his way to Pratima Chowk from Birgunj power house, Ujyalo FM said quoting police.
Misra, program coordinator of Gadhimai FM, received shots in his left hand and had already returned home after receiving treatment at Narayani Sub Regional Hospital.
Police said Misra was shot right in front of an under-construction building on the way to Narayani stadium.
