Indian national abducted

CHITAWAN, Feb 14: An identified group has abducted an Indian national from Chitwan. Binaya Patawari, 35, of Thana Gauda, India, was abducted when he came to Madi, Chitwan, to visit his relatives. The abduction came into light only recently as Patawari did not return home even after two months.



Police have arrested six persons in connection with the abduction. Police could not release Patawari even as they raided the place where the kidnappers were believed to have kept him hostage.
