Govt employees protest murder

KATHMANDU, June 12: Officials at the Ministry of Information and Communications on Sunday organized ´pen down´ for two hours from 10 am to 12 PM to protest the murder of Dhirija Mahato Koeri, a postman at the District Postal Office, Bara.



Nepal Civil Servant Union organized the program to protest the murder of Koeri who was shoot out by unknown group on June 10.[break]



Dev Raj Sapkota, Chairman of the Union under the Ministry of Information and Communication condemned the incident and demanded to take action against the accused and provide compensation to deceased´s family.
