INARUWA, Oct 10: A massive fire broke out on Sunday midnight from a liquor store at Mahendra Chowk of Inaruwa – 5.
The fire started from the wholesale liquor shop, Dantakali Suppliers, owned by one Sitaram Pathak inflicting a loss of around Rs 1.5 million, District Police Office (DPO), Sunsari.
The fire destroyed a Pulsar motorbike (Ko 12 Pa 2856) and various brands of prepackaged liquor, beer and energy drinks.
The fire was taken under control with help of local residents, police and a fire engine dispatched from the Inaruwa Municipality.
Meanwhile, the shop owner has suspected a foul play. RSS
