Speaking at a function in Pokhara on Sunday, Nembang clarified that the court's order would not deter people's will to write a new constitution through the CA.

"People have assigned the CA to write a new constitution. This process will not halt," the chairman added, Nembang claimed that he is yet to be notified officially about the SC order regarding implementation of the 16-point agreement.
