Addressing a silver jubilee function of Suryodaya Boarding Secondary School at Dillibazaar, he said all parties and sectors should cooperate for peace and constitution as building of new prosperous Nepal is possible without a new constitution.[break]
On the occasion, he lauded the role of private sector in education development.
He handed over the Bhanu-Suryodaya Literature Honour 2067 to academician Toya Gurung. The honor carries a purse of Rs 11,000.
The program was attended by Forests Minister Dipak Bohara, Environment Minister Thakur Sharma, Education Secretary Dipendra Bikram Thapa and PABSON Chairman Rajesh Khadka, among others.
