CA gives CPDCC two days to settle disputes

KATHMANDU, June 9: The Constituent Assembly (CA) meet on Tuesday sent the disputed issues of the new statute back to the Constitutional Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee (CPDCC) for agreement.

The door for constitution writing opened following 16-point accord between major four political forces on late Monday night.

The agreement inked among the parties will be presented before the CA through the CPDCC. The committee has been give two-day time to seek agreement among all parties.

Meanwhile, the CA meet has been put off till Thursday.
