ARGHAKHANCHI, Nov 28: Police here have arrested 10 cadres of the Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav' from different parts of the district on Tuesday.
The arrested are those including district In-charge of the party Ganga Prasad Gyawali.
According to Police Inspector Pradeep DC, they were arrested on alleged charge of launching anti-election activities in view of the second round of federal and provincial elections slated for December 7.
