EC to announce final results of HoR and provincial assembly elections today

KATHMANDU, Dec 14: The Election Commission (EC) will announce the final results of the House of Representatives and State Assembly elections today.

The EC said that it is going to announce the final result by holding a press conference today at 1:30PM.

All the political parties who crossed 3 percent threshold PR votes count have already submitted the list of candidates to be elected under Proportional Representation (PR) electoral system to the EC. The EC has already announced final results of the election under the First Past the Post (FPTP) electoral system.

The EC has said that it will present the entire election results to President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Thursday.
