Absconding controversial businessman Adukiya’s son arrested from TIA

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Rohan Adukiya, the son of businessman Rakesh Adukiya, has been taken into custody in connection with the 100 kg gold smuggling case. The arrest was executed by authorities at the Tribhuvan International Airport immediately upon his return from India today.

Reports from the Department of Immigration indicate that Adukiya was apprehended upon his arrival in Nepal via an Indigo Air flight from New Delhi. Subsequently, the arrested individual has been transferred to the custody of the Department of Revenue Investigation for further proceedings.
