NA starts tree plantation to compensate destroyed trees during fast track construction
According to a press statement released by Nepal Army on Saturday, a total of 5000 young trees were planted in an area of 6.61 hectares of Kolhawi municipality-8, Shanti Tole. Similarly, about 3000 self-grown Sal and other species were also planted and fenced accordingly.
Employees' capacity building thru one-door policy: Minister Pandit

76 inmates fall sick in Ilam jail
A total of 76 prisoners at Illam jail have fallen sick since the last four days. The inmates are suffering from high fever, headache, common cold and even vomiting.
According to the jailer Pradeep Shrestha, those sick inmates are receiving medical treatment inside the prison collectively. “As it is not possible to take all of them to the hospitals away from the jail, we have called physicians to treat them,” Shrestha added.
Information seekers complain they're deprived of information
But it is not the case for the citizens who have been requesting information from the Gokarneshwor municipality for some time. Lal Krishna Mishra, a local from the municipality located in the east north outskirt of the Kathmandu Valley had demanded information with the municipality relating to the upgrading of the road as per Right to Information Act.
