Prez leaving for New York today to address UN event

KATHMANDU, March 10: President Bidya Bhandari will address the High-Level Event on Women in Power being hosted by the President of the UN General Assembly (PGA) Maria Fernanda Espinosa Garces on Tuesday in New York, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday.
