Neighbor arrested on charge of throwing acid on teenage girls

RAUTAHAT, Sept 20: Police on Tuesday arrested a person on the charge of attacking two teenage girls of Rautahat with acid, two weeks ago. The arrested person happens to be a neighbor of the victims, who was reportedly wooing one of the girls.
