KATHMANDU, Dec 6: The Supreme Court has denied issuing an interim order on a writ petition filed by Shivapujan Raya Yadav challenging the Election Commission decision to invalid his candidacy.

KATHMANDU, Dec 6: The Supreme Court on Tuesday summoned the Election Commission and the District Election Office Sarlahi to attend the apex court for hearing on Wednesday to discuss the EC's cancellation of candidacy of Shivapujan Ray Yadav from Constituency No 4, Sarlahi District.
