No general amnesty for serious rights violations: Minister

KATHMANDU, Nov 21:Â Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal has said that the government will resolve the issues of transitional justice without granting a general amnesty to those involved in serious human rights violations during the Maoist armed insurgency.
