KATHMANDU, Nov 18: Five monuments carrying historical and archaeological importance, damaged by Gorkha earthquake, would be retrofitted.

KATHMANDU, Feb 22: The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has decided to retrofit the historical Gallery Baithak building located on Singha Durbar premises. The building, which served as the parliament building for many years until a decade ago, was damaged during the April 2015 earthquakes.

KATHMANDU, Feb 8: The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has formed a committee and tasked it to retrofit the main building of Singha Durbar that used to earlier house the Office of the Prime Minister, Ministry of Defense and the National Planning Commission, among other government offices.

KATHMANDU, June 29: The government has decided to retrofit three of the four blocks of Singha Durbar, the historical building which incorporates traditional arts, architecture and artifacts, and falls within the country's central administrative area in Kathmandu.
