KATHMANDU, June 6: Kathmandu District Court Judge Kailash Prasad Subedi has referred the defamation case between Nepal Republic Media Pvt Ltd (NRM) versus Gopal Khadka to another bench.

KATHMANDU, Mar 7: The Supreme Court on Tuesday referred a contempt of court case against Kantipur publications to the full bench considering the serious nature of the case.
