KATHMANDU, June 9: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) and Nabil Bank have reached an agreement to allow the general public to use the bank's toilets at all its branches in Kathmandu for free.

During the interaction with the professionals from Bangladesh, Saroj Banet, Vice Chairperson at City Planning Commission, Kathmandu Metropolitan City presented the policy efforts to bring change in the the public toilets in Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
