Onset of pre-monsoon:Weather in hilly region to get affected for three months

KATHMANDU, Mar 6: This year's pre-monsoon weather has started. The Meteorological Forecasting Division has stated that the weather in the hilly region of the country would remain continually affected as the pre-monsoon holds sway for three months – March, April and May.
