KATHMANDU, March 5: The discussion on the principles and priorities (pre-budget) of the Appropriation Bill for the fiscal year 2024/25 in the House of Representatives has been affected. The pre-budget discussions were disrupted after the collapse of the current alliance led by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

On the recommendation of the government, the Fiscal Procedures and Financial Responsibility Ordinance (First Amendment) 2080 BS was issued by the President on Wednesday, January 18.
