President affixes cancellation mark on postage stamp

KATHMANDU, Feb 2: President Bidya Devi Bhandari affixed the first cancellation mark on a postage stamp bearing the image of centenarian person Satya Mohan Joshi, at a program organised at the Rashtrapati Bhawan, Sheetal Niwas, today.
