Nepathya’s live in concert in Dhangadhi

DHANGADI, Dec 19: With the start of the ‘Music for Humanity’ concert of the renowned Nepali band Nepathya, the concert successfully commenced at Dhangadi on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, Nov 29: After the completion of the HoR and provincial general elections, Nepathya is set to start a month-long nationwide musical tour campaign ‘Music For Humanity Campaign’ this week from December 2 to December 31 by collaborating with a social organization 'Manavsewa Ashram'.

KATHMANDU, Nov 8: Nepathya completed its live-in concert in Dubai for a third time on Sunday at Al Nasr Leisureland.

KATHMANDU, Oct 31: Nepathya, Nepali musical band, will be going on a month-long nation-wide tour from coming December 2 to December 31, organized by Nepalaya. The band has been performing musical journey with a slogan that addresses the contemporary experiences of the country since a long time. Now, again, the band will go on Nepal tour with a new slogan and determination.

"We've made all arrangements to live up to the grandeur of the Nepathya concert as is expected by the audience," quoted Kiran Krishna Shrestha of Nepalaya saying, who manages the band. "We also have a new release on the show, which will be Nepathya's New Year's gift to its admirers."

Sarala Gautam's 'Pinjadako Manchhe', an anthology of essays, has been released by Publications Nepalaya. This is the second book published as the primary ebook by Nepalaya this year. Prior to this, it had launched Sujeev Shakya's 'Arthat Pariwartan' as its first primary ebook release earlier in 2021.

Ganesh Prasad Lath’s book 'Kshamadaan' is slated for release next week. According to a press statement released by Nepalaya, the novel exfoliates the drama, intrigue and tragedies surrounding the business families of Madhesh. The book is the first release of the year from the Nepalaya 2021 catalogue

Nepalaya has republished Matrika Prasad Koirala’s ‘Koshiko Katha’, an anthology of essays, as a part of Nepalaya Classics for 2020. According to a press statement released by Nepalaya the book was published initially in 1990 by Prativa Puraskar Pratisthan, Biratnagar but had been out of print for many years now.

Dr Sudha Sharma’s memoir ‘Singha Durbarko Ghumne Mech’ has been released. Dr Sharma, who is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist by qualification, served as Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) from October 2008 to December 2011.

Novice author Durga Karki has launched her first book ‘Kumari Prasanaharu’ at ‘R’ Sala, Kalikasthan on Friday.  The United Kingdom's Ambassador to Nepal Nicola Pollitt, journalist Amit Dhakal and author herself jointly launched the book.

Despite being the ophthalmologist, Dr Thapa is associated with a group called Blue Fret, where he plays guitar and sings. He started his musical journey from the 90s band, Baipaas.
