President Bhandari performs nava kanya puja

KATHMANDU, Oct 4: President Bidya Devi Bhandari today performed the nava kanya puja (worship of nine virgin girls) on Maha Navami, the ninth day of Bada Dashain. Nava kanyas are considered as the incarnation of Goddess Nava Durga.
