Two missing students found dead

SINDHUPALCHOWK, Jan 28: Two students missing in Langtang National Park since January 17 have been found dead on Monday.

NAWALPUR, Jan 7: A census of birds at all national parks, reserves and protected areas of the nation has begun. Although the census was said to be started from Saturday, it began from Monday due to unfavorable weather.

TIKAPUR, Jan 3: A tigress, accompanied by its two cubs, is reported to have been frequenting the settlements of Joshipur and Janaki rural municipalities for the last one week. According to the locals, the tigress continues to be spotted in the nursery at the bank of the local Pathraiya River. Near the Pathraiya River, there are human settlements in villages of Shankarpur, Jhabahi, Manuwa, Hasnapur, Baani and Jawalpur. The people in these villagers are even afraid to get outside of their homes even in day time.

NEPALGUNJ, Nov 28: A leopard cub died in a road accident Kohalpur–Babai road section of the Banke National Park. The cub was crossing the road when it was run over by jeep cruising at high speed.

RASUWA, Nov 24: In the first four months of the Fiscal Year 2019/20, more than 12,000 tourists have visited Langtang National Park.

KANCHANPUR, July 25: Shuklaphanta national park has reported zero poachings after hidden cameras were installed at various places inside the park. Such cameras have been installed at more than two dozen places with a high possibility of poaching.
