We put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene, but one area a lot of us overlook while tidying ourselves up is our nails. While we remember to trim our nails every week or two that is where nail care ends for most of us.

Most of us are guilty of paying a lot of attention to our face and body while completely ignoring the one body part we use the most, our hands. And the only thought we seem to give to our nails is cutting it when it gets too long. But that is a grave mistake as beautiful nails can make you look well groomed and fabulous.
