KATHMANDU, June 28: Better late than never indeed. Former bonded laborer (kamlari)) turned lawmaker Shanta Chaudhary and actress Karishma Manadhar have both passed the Secondary Education Examinations (SEE), according to the results published Thursday. Chaudhary is 35 and Manandhar 46.
