KATHMANDU, June 21: National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission (NNRFC) has set criteria for all three tiers of the governments for internal borrowing. This is the first time the constitutional body has advised governments on borrowing after the implementation of full-fledged federal structure started from this fiscal year.

KATHMANDU, June 17: While some parties remain engulfed in internal disputes over the choice of candidates for the second phase  local elections, some others are also still struggling to finalize a final list of candidates on the eve of  candidacy nominations.  Candidates contesting local elections from Provinces 1, 5 and 7  have to file their candidacy nominations with the Election Commission on Sunday.
