KATHMANDU, April 7: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has started the process of collecting data for the 'Poor Household Identification and Identity Card Distribution Program' from today.

KATHMANDU, March 24: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is going to collect data for the 'Poor Household Identification and Identity Card Distribution Program' from April 7. The KMC has already provided trainers for the training of enumerators and supervisors for the manpower to be employed in that task.

KATHMANDU, April 11: The government's much-talked-about identity card distribution for the poor was stuck in limbo for over eight years and now they are without proper grass-roots data for distributing edibles as relief to the needy.
