NC leader Dhungel passes away

BHAKTAPUR, Dec 15: Nepali Congress leader and then Constituent Assembly (CA) member Rameshwar Dhungel passed away at 3:15 pm on Tuesday. He died in course of treatment at Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj.
