Province 2 chief certifies Health Care Act

KATHMANDU, Nov 27: The Health Care Act of Province 2 has been certified. The Act was certified by the chief of Province 2, Hari Shankar Mishra on Friday. The Act includes provisions for formation of a provincial health committee to make the health service of the province effective and to include the issues of public health in the policy and program of the provincial government.
Sub-committee formed to study about fees of medical colleges

KATHMANDU, March 29: The Education and Health Committee under the House of Representatives (HoR) has formed a nine-member sub-committee to study whether the fee determined by the government for MBBS and BDS level education as well as other programs of medical sciences is implemented.
