RANJHA, May 3: A four-lane road construction project in Khajura of Banke is yet to be completed despite the extension of deadline thrice.

BARDIYA, Dec 2: Blacktopping of a 10-kilometer-long road section from Gulariya to Belawa in Sanoshree of Bardiya district has started. The section is part of the east-west Hulaki Road.

BARDIA, Oct 2: The District Administration Office, Bardia, has imposed an indefinite curfew at Lalpur in Gulariya Municipality-11 in Bardia district and the sensitive areas in its vicinity effective from 10:00 today morning.

BARDIYA, Sept 1: Even three weeks after the floods ended, comprehensive statistics of damages is yet to be collected in the district. In lack of proper data, Natural Disaster Rescue Committee in the district has not been able to start reconstruction works of damaged physical infrastructure.
