KATHMANDU, March 29: The Supreme Court on Monday ordered the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) to submit the latter's official decision not to file charge-sheets against former prime ministers Madhav Kumar Nepal and Baburam Bhattarai over the Lalita Niwas land scam.
