KATHMANDU, May 30: In contrary to expectations, the budget of Fiscal Year 2018/19 has just given continuity to the old plans and programs for the development of tourism sector of the country. Presenting the Rs 1.315 trillion budget for the FY2018/19, finance minister Yuba Raj Khatiwada said that a total of Rs 5.20 billion has been allocated for the tourism sector of country.

PALPA, Nov 14: The entire Palpa district was heated up with the fever of local elections but unfortunately there is no such excitement in the locals for the upcoming parliamentary and provincial polls.

DOTI, Oct 27: News about the upcoming elections is on air all the time. Television and radio stations have hardly been talking about anything else. However, the people in the villages and towns of Doti are least excited. In fact, they question the credibility of the news about elections saying no one has come to their community asking for vote.
