KATHMANDU, June 5: The overall COVID-19 caseload in Nepal has jumped to 598,204 with 5,042 more people diagnosed with the new variant of the disease as of Saturday afternoon.

KATHMANDU, May 15: The health ministry confirmed as many as 8,167 new cases of the coronavirus disease in the past 24 hours. With 8,046 people testing positive for the disease through RT-PCR tests and 121 others through the antigen tests, Nepal’s COVID-19 case tally has jumped to 447,704.

KATHMANDU, May 6: Nepal confirmed the highest single-day count of coronavirus cases on Thursday. According to the health ministry, 9,070 more people were found to have caught the virus in the past 24 hours. It accounts for 42.90 percent of the 21,142 tests carried out during the period.
