KATHMANDU, March 7: While there has been an artificial shortage of essentials such as face masks, hand sanitizers and cooking gas cylinders, consumers can report to the government about black marketers by calling the Department of Commerce, Supply and Consumer Protection Management toll free on 1137.

KATHMANDU, March 7: Though the Nepal Oil Corporation is importing liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in normal fashion, Kathmandu Valley has started to see a distribution crisis as consumers are panicking and rushing to buy the cooking gas cylinders.
