NCP chair Dahal decries IED explosion near Baskota's home

KATHMANDU, March 11: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal has condemned an explosion of an improvised explosive device (IED) near the private residence of former Minister Gokul Prasad Baskota at Bhaktapur this morning.
