LALITPUR, July 18: The erstwhile Central Child Welfare Board has been dissolved to be replaced by the National Child Rights Council.

KATHMANDU, Oct 2:Â Alleging that the draft bill on child rights 2075 BS promotes child labor, a group of child rights activists have torn down copies of the bill during a program organized jointly by the government and various development partners including a UN agency in Kathmandu on Sunday.
