KATHMANDU, Feb 8: All public offerings from February 23 will have to be floated through Centralized Applications Supported by Blocked Amount (C-ASBA) system.

KATHMANDU, Jan 25: Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) has instructed CDS and Clearing Ltd to defer the implementation of Centralized Application for ASBA-based Issuance (C-ASBA) by a month.
