Tila declared a fully-vaccinated rural municipality

KHALANGA, July 15: Jumla’s Tila Rural Municipality has declared itself a fully vaccinated local unit. Rural municipality chair Ratannath Yogi shared that the declaration was made when children of all nine wards of the rural municipality were fully assured of vaccination access.
