Roop Jyoti and his daughter freed

KATHMANDU, Nov 16: Industrialist Roop Jyoti, who was arrested by police on November 7 on the charge of being involved in a housing scam, was released on Friday. His daughter Suruchi Jyoti, who was arrested along with him, was also freed.

KATHMANDU, Nov 9: Kathmandu District Court has remanded reputed businessman Roop Jyoti and his daughter Suruchi Jyoti to judicial custody for three days for alleged involvement in a housing scam in the capital.
