KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged the leaders and cadres of the NC to participate in its village and municipal conventions by adopting health safety protocols owing to the COVID-10 pandemic.

KATHMANDU, Sept 24: The Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to start the village/municipal convention from Saturday as a part of its preparation to hold the 14th General Convention on the scheduled date.
