Hetauda cement factory resumes operation

MAKWANPUR, Dec 23: Hetauda cement factory that was closed down for around one month has resumed operations. The factory stopped after its pre filter fan and electric motor broke down, said the factory’s Deputy General Manager Nabin Kumar Karna, adding that it resumed operation from Thursday after a repair.

Electricity supply will be provided to Machhapuchhre and Annapurna rural municipalities of Kaski from the completed substation.

KATHMANDU, Aug 3: Tribhuwan International Airport, the sole international airport of the state, has resumed its operation which was halted due to some obstacles seen on the runway on Friday morning.
