UNICEF estimates over 1,500 babies will be born in Nepal on New Year’s Day

KATHMANDU, Jan 1: An estimated 1,567 babies will be born in Nepal on New Year’s Day, UNICEF said today. Nepalese babies will account for 0.4 per cent of the estimated 392,078 babies to be born on New Year’s Day.
