KATHMANDU, Jan 8: TU professor Dr Govinda KC has urged the parliament’s Education and Health Committee not to endorse the Medical Education Bill tweaked and endorsed by its sub-committee while accusing the ruling party lawmakers and leaders of siding with the ‘mafia’ and working against the people.
