PM Deuba directs Energy Minister Bhusal to appoint Ghishing as NEA’s MD

KATHMANDU, August 3: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has directed Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Pampha Bhusal, to appoint former managing director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Kul Man Ghishing, to the post again.
