Supreme Court denies issuing interim order as demanded by the Thakur-led faction to halt EC’s recognition process

KATHMANDU, July 26: The Supreme Court on Sunday denied giving an interim order to halt the plan of Election Commission(EC) to settle the demand put forth by both the factions of the Rastriya Janata Party (JSP) to recognize them as official party by counting the number of Central Executive Committee members.
