HETAUDA, June 22:  The Bagmati Province government has allocated a total of Rs 550 million to equip as many as 300 selected community schools in the province with information technology (IT) in the upcoming fiscal year 2022/23.

The provision that states anyone posting defamatory, blasphemous and disrespectfully vulgar or profane remarks against somebody on and through social media will be sentenced up to five year and fined up to one and half million rupees is the subject of intense criticism.
