KATHMANDU, July 14: Newly-appointed Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand has assumed his office at the home ministry at Singha Durbar today. He was welcomed by the Secretary of the Ministry of Home affairs, Maheshwar Neupane, Inspector General of Police Sailesh Thapa, Inspector General of Armed Police Force Ganesh Prasad Adhikari and others at his office .
