KATHMANDU, Jan 28: The winner of the last edition of the Everest Premier League (EPL) Lalitpur Patriots have contracted Sri Lankan star cricketer Upul Tharanga for the upcoming edition of the premier franchise T20 cricket event slated to begin from March 14.

KATHMANDU, Jan 12: The fifth edition of Pakistan Embassy T20 cricket tournament was concluded in Kathmandu on Saturday. Kathmandu Cricket Training Centre (KCTC) won the tournament while Institute of Engineering Cricket Club (IOECC) finished as runner-up.

KATHMANDU, Jan 11: Everest Premier League (EPL) franchises Kathmandu Kings XI and Chitwan Tigers have swapped its marquee players for the upcoming season of the league in March. As per the new EPL rules, franchises could swap Category A players from January 2-9. Kings XI captain Sompal Kami was traded in by Tigers as Dipendra Singh Airee went the other way for the coveted deals for both teams.
